Bleached InuYasha Galaxy

Kagomaru was awakened by the sound of movement...it was dusk and he could hear movement all around him...As he quietly and subtely scans the area for the source of the movement,he realises that they're surounded by enemies...*draws in the smell on the wind*..."Bah...Bandits..."...**Kagomaru's senses are hightened to those of an animal**..."Hmmm...i'd say about 20 or so...heh...I needed some morning exercises anyway..."

Turning twords his companions he starts trying to wake them...

Within his cloak of shadows, Belegwath woke to the crunching of footsteps. Pulling the shadows away, he looked up to see Kagomaru sniffing the air. Belegwath waited until their eyes met, then quietly drew his whip. He gave Kagomaru a quick wink, then curled up on the ground, the whip hidden beneath his body.

Mikomi was still asleep,drained from the battle that raged agenst the monstorous moth and Kitana was still recovering from the wounds she suffered.Jumping from the tree and Kagomaru silently landed a few feet away from Belegweath and quietly drew out his sword.THe blade seemed to hum and glow,almost alive,giveing off the sensation that it was a liveing entity on it's own...
Kagomaru grinned...He turned to Belegwath..."After the fight with the moth theese unfortunate souls will be child's play for us...Are you ready?Wait for them th charge...no doubt they think they can overwhelm us with sheer numbers...We'll use this to our advantage...Draw them out into the open and send thair souls to the abyss."
Grining Kagomaru awaited the bandit atack.

Waking up from her rest, Mikomi yawned and stretched out along the branch, raking her claws over it. With her shield still up she looked over at Kagomaru and Belegwath as they were crouched in the grass. She sniffed the air lightly, Oh just bandits..guess I'll let them have the fun this time. She yawned again with eyes half opened and waved her hand to put a shield around Kitana since she was still asleep. Wouldn't do for her to be hurt again. Sides, I did promise after all. Mikomi sat back and watched as the two males had their fun with the baka bandits. Hoping they would hurry up so she could go hunt for her and kitana's breakfast.

Belegwath nodded towards Kagomaru as he quickly coiled his whip.

'If we're looking to surprise them, I'd better hold off on immolating myself.' Deepening the shadows around him, he reached to his back and quietly withdrew the sword from under his clothes. Wielding the Shadow Sword, he grinned in expectation as tiny bolts of black lightning began to jump along the blade.

Minutes passed, and still the bandits lingered in the trees. Growling to himself, Belegwath decided to take a chance. "Alright boys! Get 'em!"

Already on the edge, the thieves obeyed the command without thinking who had spoken. Shouting and cheering, they leapt from the treeline and rushed towards the two like lambs to the slaughter.

As soon as the first bandit appeared, Belegwath rushed towards him, lifting the darkened sword high over his head. As the blade dove into the man's chest, darkness covered Belegwath's vision. For a moment, the smell of brimstone filled his nostrils. Shoving the lifeless body off his blade, he turned to the others, the shadows drawing back and growing into two great wings behind him.

The vortex of green and blue again apeared in Kagomaru's eyes as he grinned.As he layed eyes on the bandits he rushed twords them.The sword in Kagomaru's hand seemed to glow and hume eaven more as it cut through the first bandit's chest,pierceing his heart.
"Death is mearly the begineing..."he wishpered as he lightwhiped another bandit.As the fighting progressed a mist around Kagomaru started to form,and faint wishpers emaneted from it...

Moveing like shadow,Kagomaru stiked down bandit after bandit...amused at the thought that such petty mortals could ever hope to atack him..."Enough of this...i grow tired of this battle."
And as the last words flew off his lips the wind started blowing at his feet,makeing the dust around him stir,makeing his Youkai aura visibleTurning twords his companions he said "Brace yourselvs"...With a cold emotionless face he turned twords the bandits and said "Your finished.".The mist that seemed to suround him,cerried by the winds that now seemed to surround him rushed twords anything liveing...Most of the wounded bandits fell dead,thair souls torn from thair bodys and those that have yet to face Kagomaru or Belegwath in battle,fell to thair knees,injured by the power of Kagomaru's atack.
Those who could quickly retreated.
Turning twords Belegweath Kagomaru said "I leave the rest to you...",and he turned his back on the remaining bandits and started walking away from the camp,into the pale rays of the dawn...

Mikomi watched as one by one Kagomaru and Belgwath killed the bandits, studying them and how they fight closely. Her eyes widened slightly as wings appeared on Belegwath. Wow..I wasn't expecting anything like that from him. She then turned her eyes to Kagomaru and watched him before hearing kit stir from her sleep, calling her. Mikomi stood up and jumped down infront of kit, grinning when she heard her stomach growl. "Hungry I take it kit, want to come hunting for breakfast with me while the boys finish up their excersize? I think I'm in the mood for rabbit." She looked up as Kagomaru left in the opposite direction of them. Wonder if he'll be back later. She shrugged and walked towards the forest once she had Kitana's answer.

'Well, this was a pathetic lot,' Belegwath thought to himself as he lifted the final bandit by the throat. 'Still, I suppose they made decent exercise.' Pulling the man closer, he smashed his forehead into the bandit's face.

Letting the body fall to the grass, he turned his head in the direction Kagomaru had departed. 'That final attack, the ability to draw the shades from their bodies...'

Resheathing his sword, he strode into the sunrise. He paused once, his gaze turning back to the camp. 'Take care you two, I have a feeling our paths will cross again.' Giving a short nod to Kitana, he raised a hand in parting, then vanished into the trees.

As Kagomaru was walking through the misty forest he kept thinking about that small boy..."Belegwath was it?"..."I'll have to remember that name...he has great potentail and wheather he knows it or not,our paths WILL corss again..."
He went ever further into the forest,walking clamly,a shadow in the pale rays of the dawn...

Ichido moved through the forest quickly, jumping from branch to branch, for being just a mere Human he was incredibly agile. Never missing his step once he raced the treetops. He could not shake the forbodance that something had happened surveying up ahead and using his true perception he could tell there had been a battle. He raced right by a man walking in the forest but took no heed. As he reached the clearing he gasped.
"What happened here...?"
He surveyed the entire area but only found death. He searched more with his eyes as his surveying skills were not as fine tuned as Master Draxs were. Out of the corner of his eye he saw something move. He drew his blade, as he had done countless times before only this time his hand was shaking and he could not grip his blade very well.
"Dammit, what is this aura im sensing"
Taking a step back, and concentrating he found him. Over on the left side of the battlefield the demon he had just spared had found him. But he wasnt alone. He had brought two fire demons to back him up.
"Damn, this will have to wait."
He closed his eyes and began to chant:
"O Lord"
"Mask of Flesh and bone"
"All Creation"
"Flutter of wings"
"Ye who bears the name of man"
"Truth and temperance"
"Upon this sinless wall of dreams"
"Unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws!"
"Destructive Art #33! Soukatsui!"
As the spell struck, Ichido rushed at them in a mad frenzy. Catching the first Fire Demon in the side and slicing him in half. Then the second leaping up and decaptating the second one. The Disfigured one reeled Ichido with a powerful punch. Ichido took hold of his blade and made an upward cut slicing the demon in two. As he cleaned the blood off his sword, he made a discovery.
'Something else is out there...'

Kagomaru continued to walk quietly through forest....his thoughts fixed on Belegwath..."That boy has huge potential...in spite of his aparence he's very powerfull...how else could he conjure up the black flames...Heh...A worthy ally indeed..."


Kagomaru stopped by an old abandoned well,getting his gourd out and filling it with water his attention was drawn once more by the sound of battle.
He quickly lept to the top of a tree and surveyed in the direction of the noise...

"...Oh?A mear human and theese pityfull demons are causeing this much noise?...bah...not worth my time..."


He gathered his things and went back into the forest...slowly walking passed the trees in the midday sun...
