Well I know that, but I will take a stab at this and say people were in the two rooms the panther mobs don't walk into, and were shooting them.
Hmm, well I guess I figured it out. That is a challenging issue. I understand more.
Thank you.

Possibly my last change to the Panther Region:

Due to the fight with Oyakata, loot, power and so on, I have decided to make one last change to him which will prevent items and achievements from being acquired by defeating Oyakata alone (with just one person.) I understand some of you are ridiculously powerful and bored, but if that's the case, you can always play an alternate character, or simply join a group to benefit from this fight. Since I decided to remove remort requirements from items, this is the next best thing I could possibly think of to prevent those of you powerful enough to unecessarily camp/kill important NPCs others could still make use of.

In the midsts of working to fix some minor bugs and issues on the Panther Region, which have been many, I added a bit more complexity to the Oyakata fight for the sake of ... just that, complexity.

Essentially, it is now a four phase fight:

Phase One: Standard fight. Whoever is going to be tanking Oyakata summons him and just work on tearing him down. Periodically he will enrage and deal slightly more damage, as well as do his "Massive Swipe" which is 3 sankon tetsusou in a row. Easily mitigated by a good tank and healed through.

Phase Two: Nothing changes aside the fact that Oyakata is now affected by True Sight. This will make it difficult to run away from him assuming it is necessary, as he will see through hide and similar effects until he is killed. He still enrages and uses Massive Swipe.

Phase Three: At this point, Oyakata will be affected by Shadow Barrier. This will lessen the damage he takes by a certain amount. He will still remain affected by True Sight and will still enrage and use Massive Swipe periodically. This effect will remain until he is killed.

Phase Four: On top of Shadow Barrier, True Sight, periodic enrages and Massive Swipe, Oyakata will start randomly targeting people fighting him and using "Stomp" which deals roughly 10k damage. He'll momentarily change his focus to whoever he is stomping, so as soon as this happens, tanks will have to pay attention and make sure that his focus is back on them ASAP. This can easily kill your average damage dealer and healer in one to two shots. So it is recommended to use all "tricks" and "ideas" to minimize the risk.

I might compile a guide later to help players with this fight, giving all details needed to win.

The level requirement of the Black Imperial Armor has been reduced by about 10 levels. Due to this, the stats benefiting this armor have also been reduced accordingly. The armor set is now a level 70 armor set as opposed to 80.

I also forgot to mention. The droprate on this armor has been significantly increased and multiple pieces can be acquired at a time.

This update will be present on the next copyover.
