From now on, -most- weapons with custom weapon skills will have a
command called "weaponhelp".

Weaponhelp basically acts like a helpfile, only difference being it can
only be viewed when the weapon is in your inventory. Each weapon that has
a weaponhelp helpfile will have the following when LOOKed at or EXAMINEd:

- Weapon Name: Name of the Weapon.

- Keywords: Keywords of the weapon in question.

- Weapon Skill: The skill of the weapon in question.

- Weapon Helpfile: The helpfile of the weapon in question (syntax).

Not all weapons will go by the same keywords for their weaponhelp helpfile.
Which is why they will be designated on the weapon`s description, so you
know which are the keywords to use the helpfile.

Upon using "weaponhelp" on a weapon in your inventory, you may come across
information such as:

- Syntax: The syntax to use the weapon skill.

- Requirements: The required attributes to use the weapon skill.

- Skill description: A well-detailed summary of the weapon skill in
question.

You may NEVER find out what stat is require to wield a weapon in question
on either the weapon`s description OR the weaponhelp helpfile. This will
never change. Weapon requirements are different, and MUST be
achieved/discovered on your own.
