I was reported earlier that the quest with Serac was not working
properly earlier.
However, it works just fine. I am going to remind you all that there are
phases before a quest that explain to you what it is you must do.
Serac here, explains that once you have collected the ten pieces of wood,
to hand them to him for inspection, and that he`d take the pummel from you
later once he creates the staff. Once Serac carries ten or more pieces of
wood in his inventory, and you hold the iron pummel, the ending phase of
the quest will be triggered, and you will recieve your reward.

PS: Panther Valley is coming back up tonight. Repupolating the area as I
write this note.
