The edits to Birds of Paradise are complete. In them you`ll find:

- Mobs. All mobiles were revamped. Basically, they will act more
accordinly to their level and purpose. You will also find one or two new
mobiles out there.

- Objects. Every single item in this area has gone through some sort of
change. You will also notice the equipment from this area to be more
benefitting than before. You will also see one or two new items out there.
PS: Birds of Paradise now has a map.

- Rooms. Little to no changes were made to rooms, or the layout. However,
I did add a fountain to the pond near where Petra is, and where the
entrance to the Youkai Breeding grounds is.

- Levels. I changed around the level of almost all mobiles in this area to
allow you to level more smoothly. Be warned, mobiles that concern quests
are exceptionally stronger than others (They are considered bosses). So be
sure to bring your friends along for a smoother ride. The new level range
to Birds of Paradise is 20 to 60.

so will be considered to be ignorance on your part to the rules and will
result in punishment.
