I am starting a mock War sign up sheet
YOU CAN NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE SHEET
rules event contacts etc will follow in the next note

rules can be changed as i see fit so try to check this once a week I am rational so i wont do any thing stupid etc but since this is new there might be rules that i miss and need to be implemented.

RULES
1. ALL CLAN MEMBERS MUST BE LETHAL
* if you wish for serton weak clan members to not be lethal give me the name and reason and i will consider putting them on a OFF LIMITS LIST and they will not be attacked*
2. STUN ONLY you
* will not kill members killing is ground for the killer to be killed also*
3. NO POISON IS TO BE USED
* this includes any attacks that cause poison or if someone happens to be shard poisoned and you know it*
4. NO STEALING EQ
* this meens you can not disarm and then take someones weapon if use use disarm you must return the weapon after*
5 NO LOOTING HQ'S
* you can enter another clans HQ but looting will not be permitted as this is ment to be a friendly event*
6. NO SHARD STEALING
* NO FORMS OF THIS WILL BE TOLERATED DURING THE EVENTS*
7. IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST SIGN UP
* you can not be considerd part of the event if you are not on the list no ifs ands or buts if clan members who are not on my off limits list are caught with lethal off then your clan will be disqualifed *

8. UNDER NO SERCOMSTANCES ARE YOU EVER TO FIGHT IN HARIA

9. NO PETS leave them outside of the areas or in haria as haria is a no fight area any ways

10. IF HANYOU TRANSFORM THEY MUST BLOCK AND LET THEMSELFS BE STUNED sadly this rule will stay in place untill we have anti transform weapons

The Deviant isn't very strong or big but I think they many need some experience.
I would like to sign up the Deviant Hunters.

Fallen Saviors know and will follow these rules and regulations. However, the timing for this one specific event is not suiting for me or most of my members, I don't think we'll be in on this one.

10. IF YOU ARE HANYOU AND TRANSFORM YOU MUST BLOCK AND LET YOURSELF GET STUNED sadly this is stuck in place untill we get items that prevent hanyou transformations

Sim, are you saying that Youkai in the event can't transform?
