They do drop Silver tokens, read the latest gnotes. They simply are a rare drop. |

I believe it was moved to make it accessible to weaker players. |

That is correct, Hakuri. It was moved once again so that players could actually access it without getting massacred by panther elites. It is hidden, however, in a safe area of Panther Valley. All one must do is pay attention to their surroundings, and they will find it. |
