I think 'chop' should be considered an exercise, just like pushups, but possibly with a different chance of a stat gain.

Perhaps it could randomly affect either vigor or agility--since repetitive chopping will make someone a little more dexterous (e.g., being able to hit the same mark repeatably), and agility is the closest analogue to a dexterity stat here.

It makes sense.You swing and gain vigor...you hit the same place several times and you gain agility.Just like in real life (ever used an axe irl?).Anyway,it's up to the imms if they're gonna implement it.It doesn't really matter to me...
