Think it would be possible to make it so you can chat or something while studying, I kinda see it as your character is studying and you are speaking out of character, cuz I gotta studying to do and you can't carry on with the conversations that are mostly OOC anyway..I dunno thought it would be nice...

Tells, says, whispers, shouts, yells, are more for IC(in character)

I wouldn't consider "tells" to be in-character, unless you consider it realistic for everyone to have a very strong telepathic link to everyone else...

Ya, but Allowing them might be a bit too much. I don't have a real problem with chatting when I study, I just wait until the chaper is over or whatever. Most people I'd be chatting with would know or realize (or be in the same room) that I'm reading ingame and that there is just a delay before I respond but I will respond.

i'm for enabling ooc comm channels...during chants/studying/any activity that give you a long delay pretty much.
