I don't think you should have to remove all your gear in order for it to be repaired.
I think repair all should just repair what you're wearing. And I think some items might possibly get destroyed too easily. I don't know if there is anyone willing to modify how that all works.

It's possible code-wise, but doesn't make sense. How does a repairman fix your armor when you're wearing it?

Well if you look at it this way, I don't have to give him my eq either for him to repair it. The repair command takes care of that. Can the command also take care of your worn items?

Wouldn't that command be <remove item>?

rofl I don't quite understand. wouldn't the command be give <item> repairman?

The main reasons I posted this topic are: 1. Your equipment gets damaged and breaks fairly quickly. 2. the stacking is backwards so when you remove all to repair all then wear all to wear all the items don't always go back correctly. 3. It is a good to have fairly minor commands or features that don't frustrate players; players usually above lowbie status, but haven't mastered playing.

Anyhow, I figure those reasons will be beneficial.

In all honesty, I see no harm in this, and it seems relatively newbie friendly and ideal, save for the "realistic" factor behind it which Futcher here proved as "pointless to consider" when he said;

"Well if you look at it this way, I don't have to give him my eq either for him to repair it. The repair command takes care of that. Can the command also take care of your worn items?"

I wholely support the idea.
