I think some skills should have a 'master tier' that adds bonuses to the skill it pertains to. I really like this idea in particular.

I always wanted to let players increase a skill % past max through a special method. Is that what you mean?

In an Idea kind of way, yes. But I was thinking when you go past the max percentage or up to the master tier you could gain benefits for that particular skill.

Something Close to this topic, I was thinking that the best way to do this was to give out Enhancment Points to remorted players. Like for example, You start a new character all your skills are E0 so when you type Practice it would be like:

lightwhip [ 85%] [E0]

Then if you remort, your skill looks like this

lightwhip [ 90%] [E1]

Everytime you remort all your skills get an Enhancment point, and 5% increase, or 1% increase, and a power boost. Your healing skills heal for more with higher Es, and your damage making skills do higher damage, you poison skills last longer, your Blindness spells last longer, you shields are stronger and last longer and So on, but Cap them all at 100%, and Uncap Remort. That would be really great.

But you don't want the Boosts to be like heal E0 heals for 10% health, and E1 heals for 20%. Thats too much, but Heal E15 should heal for 50%, so you don't want the boosts to be so low that they seem pointless, but not so overpowered that Enhancements seem worthless. Remort characters will be fighting Alot stronger mobs and should be on a higher level all together.

Yeah, Remorts would be able to smash newbies, but Remorts can already do that with out the increases, we just need them for PVE stuff.

And while your at it, remove bash from the game, its gay, and also let youkais that have been hanyous, have c blindness..

What benefits do you mean?
Do you mean like how kidou allows you to do more dmg/do nochants and stuff after a certain % gain?
or do you mean like, lets say raikouhou since its electric based after a certain % you get the ability of having the chance of it briefly paralyzing your opponent? even elemental skills can do that.
Something along these lines?
