Checked out some helpfiles, figured out that weapons have to be missile wielded.
So this is what I found:
<wielded> (Humming) A 365 Magnum
BUT:
<missile wielded> a hunter's longbow
And the arrow works fine.
In other words, 365 Magnums will not missile weild, and therefore I'm pretty sure it won't work. =/
A moron by the name of "Khen" designed this item. It may be fixed... someday.
