Ok i was tired the first time and didn't explain stomach ache so well
before so here is a better explanation. stomach ache would not cause
direct damage as far as i see it but would just hinder over all performance

A: stomach ache will cause ones hitroll and damroll to be decreased
B: attacks will lower in chance EG 2nd attach 100% becomes 74% while
in stomach ache state
C: commands are hindered similar to the hanyou transformation only not
as often basically when you go to enter a command it will say something
along the lings of
you cant stop clutching your stomach

now the means of getting a stomach ache would be as such
A: over eating this would be rare maybe a 10%-20 chance at most
B: under eating this would be a bit less rare maybe 15-25% chance every tick
C: eating food flagged to cause such discomfort or other such items that where
just not meant to be eaten ( certain herbs and even potions would cause this
even thought they heal you)

this could also be used as a form of secondary poisoning to give a wider variety
to poison itself
