Hougyoku +50 to all stats
inserted in chest
makes you lethal
grants a wish like the shiko no tama but alot rarer

when you look you see

a small clear ball rest here emiting a strong reiatsu

new ability that goes along with it
Sense reiatsu
you see ribbins floating around you that can be followed

when used
sense reiatsu

a red vibrant reiatsu can be seen growing bigger to the west
a black menacing reiatsu can be seen growing bigger to the south
a clear reiasu can barely be detected in the area

vibrant meaning the person with the riatsu is good elign
menacing for those that have an evil elign
the hougyoku would be harder to find dew to the fact that it could be in someones body
but the closer you get the stronger the reiatsu gets the easier it is to sense

Very doubtful for the stats, and granting a wish. Interesting idea though.

Uh, partner. For your "sense reiatsu" idea, it's already in. Check: HELP REIATSU SENSE.

As for the "Hougyoku", too far off our time-line. We still don't even know how it properly works, or what it is capable of. But it is something that eventually will be addressed, surely.

well it suppose to give shinigami the power of hollows and vice versa
