Every area has at least one source of water and food, and as long as you eat/drink until you're full it takes a while before you need to drink/eat again.

Or once you reach max level, you will no longer get hungry or thirsty.

Thanks for replying to that so fast, it just seems sometimes that one can not afford food and drink all the time. Maybe some sort of soup kitchen for levels 5 or lower to help them out?

We also put in the cooking, chop and make fire skills. These in conjunction with the many body parts that fall off of some kills you can easily obtain food that way.

You can easily get food/water without money. As Ryo said, there is cook, chop, makefire. And water sources are free.

There will be traits/skills later on to reduce hunger/thirst, but right now I think it's not bad.
