You know, as both a builder and a player, I've come to realize that the limitation of immediate inventory space is annoying. As you all know, the hard cap for inventory for mortals is a maximum of 20. Which isn't bad, in most cases. Packs and such tend to alleviate the lack of inventory space... But at end game, before you know it, you are hoarding 20 packs filled with random content, and not able to even retrieve your items without having to drop a pack and risk losing it to a looter!

Annoying, right? So let's get to the point.

I propose a new job commodity which will increase your maximum item carry capacity. NOT WEIGHT, but the actual number of items you can carry at once in your immediate inventory. I get we have to try and maintain a certain level of reason and logic within the game, but in the end, it is still a game. It would give me more range as a builder to make quests demand more, and it would give players the ability to have more things immediately available to them. Win win, right?

What I was thinking was something like this:

100 JP = 1 additional slot/increase.

Now, originally, I didn't think a cap should be implemented. You could go as much as you wanted. But if a cap is necessary for the sake of "realism", then I would say allow up to 30 points to be acquires through job commodities. Making for a maximum of 50 inventory space/slots.

And a new quest system all together would be nice. So would more rewards.
+1

I say this as an idea. I'm too lazy and too mentally disturbed to do it myself.
