edit=0 my first post wasn't very helpful.
This skill is for the most part useless.

Ideas are?
Allow us to choose the amount of hp to sacrifice in order to attack.
Then say take that amount and divide it by like 2-3 or in between(this part could be random between those numbers to simulate wether or not they used the correct amount of blood or too little/too much +reducing they're hp by 100-300hp per point off something like that) then add our level as a percentage. So a level 80 choosing to use 2000 hp to attack with would do roughly 1400 damage (maybe about 2 or 3 times that when used with critical hp) + letting us use a full drinkcon filled with blood to boost hijin by 30% at the expense of destroying the container.
That way a level 80 choosing to use 2000 of they're hp to attack with while in critical and holding a container full of blood could deal close to 5000 under the right conditions.
hijin 2000 3.gourd <target> OR hijin 2000 none <target> Like that =0

Why not keep it's uselessness and just make it AoE

I agree, this sounds like a way to make the technique much more useful.

roughly 90 damage to multiple targets does not sound useful >.>
If that be the case I would just use jakai flare.

Why use Jakai Flare as a Hanyou?

It fails more than half the time.

Humans could use an AoE too.

-.- A useless skill turned aoe will still be useless. I wanted to suggest a way of making it practical and functional . . .
Its a risky skill used as a last resort, sacrificing what little health you have in critical to deal devastating damage to an opponent.

Hijin Ketsusou's damage cap does seem to be a little low, in my opinion. But turning the skill into an AoE ability would not make it useless in my eyes! Hanyou should be seeking ways to be able to engage multiple enemies at once, being that they make the best tanks, racially.
