Real quick, Komosai doesn't seem to have anything to say confirming a switch between classes. Yes, it does change classes however he does not inform you the same way the slayer instructor does. (You are now a combatant!)

Um okay . . . well pirates can't do much other than sail ships and plunder booty, none of which I think are useful in fighting demons ? |
