Depending on the translator, the english version of the incantation does vary, slightly, but, another would be..

"Oh ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all creations of the universe,
fluttering of the wings, ye who bears the name of man! Truth and
temperance, strike but slightly your claw upon this wall which feigns
ignorance of sin!"

The only really significant difference between the current one and this, is
the last part, "strike but slightly your claw upon this wall which feigns
ignorance of sin!"

Just a suggestion, because "upon this sinless wall of dreams" sounds a
little silly. I apologize in advance if my suggestion is offensive, in the
sense of questioning your current one.

We used DB's translation for chants. There really is no official version. I'll check what the dub uses, and maybe change to that.

I don't have episode 4 when Rukia uses it by DB, my DB episodes are 50 up, but the current one is the exact chant she uses for the lunar dub, so I dunno...I never liked Lunar's translations, they're a bit off.

Actually looks like DB didn't do 4. I dunno what group I used. =P

Probably Lunar, cuz the chant is the same as in Lunar's sub for ep 4, the one I showed in this thread is from the manga. The one translated by Manga Rain I believe...
